Mariola Streim

Mariola Streim Food blogger

Germany

Mariola Streim loves vegetables and has specialized in creating vegan recipes. Originally from Poland, Mariola now lives in Frankfurt am Main where she works as a graphic designer and food photographer. Her recipes are varied, wonderful and always vegan with dishes like quinoa burgers and carrot-chicory tart.

With natural light Mariola produces the stunning images that have won her a place in many magazines and her own series of cook books. "Many factors came together to make me a food photographer," she says. Even as a child she was a vegetarian and thought a lot about food.

After studying design she worked for many years as a packaging designer for an international company. She worked with photos purchased from agencies and took part in photo productions. That is where her fascination with photography was born. "I realized I could do this all day," Mariola says.

Today she has achieved her goal and is a food photographer and author of vegan cook books. Her book, "Vegan ist einfach gut!" tells it all. Her blog “Veggieola” is a showcase for her vegan recipes. Whether smoothies, vegan desserts or hearty vegetarian tarts and non-meat burgers, her recipes all have one thing in common: They taste every bit as good as they look!
